I built this place because I love reading and writing about football. Discovery is a pain point in the goto platforms: Substack, and Medium. It's hard to discover new content, and it's hard to be discovered as a new writer. A purpose place football community has the opportunity to be so much more than these platforms can provide.

I wanted to give football writing its own space on the internet.

I want Pitchnotes will become the town square for sports content. Whether it be football scouting, tactical analysis, or match reviews.

Currently, The focus is on building the leading fan-led report network. After this, the goal is to start building out space for other forms of football writing.
